“Shady Characters of the Winter Colony”
“We often hear about the noble and praiseworthy pursuits of the Aiken’s Winter Colonists, but there are also hilarious, scandalous, even murderous tales to be told. From the mysterious stabbing of a Winter Colony playboy to the coward of the Titanic who stayed at the Willcox to the Winter Colonist who lost half of his face because of a fake medicine, this lecture will reveal several shady stories and characters from Aiken’s past.”
